Our typical Spanish villa is attractive and modern furnished with an endless view over the valley. Villa12 is highly recommended for a relaxing or active stay, because in the beautiful surround-ings you can enjoy yourself! Or you can also simply enjoy the peace and the great view. Villa12 is equipped with 2 x double bedroom, a mezzanine loft with a Queen size bed and a baby cot. A lounge area with fireplace, a modern kitchen and a cozy veranda. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a spacious private pool and spectacular views over the valley.

The Jalón Valley was named the region with the finest climate in the world by the World Health Organization, because in both summer and winter the climate is very pleasant: the location of Villa12. Located in the heart of the Jalón valley just 5 minutes from the town of Jalón you will find Villa12, on the edge of the village of Alcalalí. Just a few km. you will find a supermarket, restaurants, a bank with ATM and other facilities.

The guest room of Villa12 is very attractive and romantic decorated. Your private bathroom is connected directly at the entrance to your room. The Queen-size bed is equipped with excellent mattresses, guaranteeing you each morning a fresh start of your day.

Both bathrooms are equipped with spacious walk-in shower with rain shower head and a flexible shower head. Also modern designed sinks and atmospheric mirrors for your personal care. In addition each bathroom has a floating toilet.
